Cons
- It's a startup, so expect to have to move very quickly, take on work outside of your role, and work occasional late nights.
- Not a great place for people who prefer a slower, large-company corporate feel with well-defined roles and pre-existing playbooks for success.
- Financially cautious culture, which limits new hires and external agency support, resulting in bandwidth constraints for existing team members.
