Really, aside from compensation, the only good thing about Skava is that the people who started the company are very smart and it's impressive to see how they think
Cons
The culture sucks. Work/Life even worst. I'm not a disgruntled former employee. I'm sharing my personal experience and suggest that before you accept any position with the company you do your research.
