      Pros

      Great company with many opportunities to grow. Management is very supportive and attentive. A company that really cares about making a high-quality product and doesn't compromises or cut corners.

      Cons

      It is a start-up so things can get busy and hectic at times but not excessively and work-life balance is always in mind .

      Pros

      - Lovely and welcoming Team - Gave me independence as an intern to work on projects and develop my skills - got to work with multiple engineering disciplines across the company - felt included and involved in meetings and able to make meaningful contributions. - lots of test riding through Regent’s Park in the summer!

      Cons

      - worked during a very busy time as the company neared launch. This resulted in quite sporadic work
