      Pros

      Good practical exposure to HDPE and LDPE manufacturing processes. Got involved in mechanical as well as electrical engineering aspect. Was allow to implement new procedures.

      Cons

      Small company with no future potential and enchanced my technical as well as customer relationship skills. Wanted to try Sales and Marketing area, but it is outsource to somebody else.
