Their core values are a facade. Their upper management makes racial, demeaning jokes and act as if it's acceptable because they are themselves of a certain race. They are unprofessional and reprimand/get into arguments with hourly employees in public settings. They have managed to run off anyone with actual talent or positive influence on the team with zero regard for the real issues at hand. If you are hired on here, keep your head down and just pay close attention to your surroundings. The Regional is pretty good at pretending to care about your concerns, when in reality he will turn around and game plan how to replace you.
