      You will learn decent things if you are fresh grad, Nice office Work life balance

      Cons

      Less hikes, No proper roadmaps No lunch in office very poor in terms of benefits You wont get anything to learn if you are experienced

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
