Pros

-Every now and then there are really nice people who will support you, not only work-wise but also emotionally wise

Cons

- They pride themselves in being a "FAMILY"! So that in itself is such a red flag. A company is not a family for you, nor it should be. That is such an old-school idea of companies in the 80s-90s which actually shows in the culture and mentality of the two CEOs. - The CEOs. They clearly run the business because they inherited it, not because they are brilliant businessmen. They have a super outdated view of how to manage people and people fear them. Nobody dares to say no to them even when they have extremely stupid ideas. - The culture. There is such a micromanaging culture that it is unbelievable. You can even expect to be dictated what to say and write, or not to talk at all in meetings. You can feel people being afraid to speak up because they can be let go. Even when they know a lot of things are utterly wrong in the way people are being treated. - The workload. People keep quitting left and right, and the few positions open are open for months now, because no one wants to come and work here. They are wise. Meanwhile, a few people are left doing what a whole team used to do, with of course no remuneration, or compensation of any time. If anything just an increased risk of being laid off if you mess something up or contradict upper executives. White man only of course. - The reputation. They pride themselves in being such a loved brand by the consumer, but do they actually know that their brand as an employer is trash? I have spoken with several recruiters in the Munich area and all of them seem to tell me the same: "That is a really bad company" "We do not recommend people to apply there" and "company with a super bad reputation in all Munich" "they are famous for being a bad place to work at"... Where were these comments a year ago when I applied?... IT IS A BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR! Unless you love being micromanaged and being told what to do with no need for you to think, please save the trouble and do not go there. I predict that this company is going to go down because you cannot operate with having many of your people in burnout, having the workload of 3 employees in one, requesting to achieve super incredible unrealistic expectations because management said so, and on top of it all, expecting to only hire people that fit that "culture". I want to believe that someone with a tiny hint of intelligence would see the red flags and stay away from them. They have cost me and many other colleagues a lot of my mental health.

It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
