Great to hear that you've enjoyed our extensive training process and benefited from the travel and growth opportunities that Sixt provides. We will definitely take your advice into consideration. We understand that the on boarding process can be very tedious with gaining access and learning our processes for expense reports, etc. We are growing everyday to streamline this for not only our branches but HQ as well. For instance, we have implemented a lot of these instructions into our orientation. Likewise, we with try to be more consistent with formal introductions through emails by department heads.
Finally, to address your concern with insurance, every year we reassess our coverage before moving into our open enrollment period. Our goal is to provide an enriched plan at an affordable cost. Our 2016 plans did raise from the year prior due to company growth. However, we are very competitive with other companies and compared to the marketplace, we are significantly more affordable. You can expect an enriched benefits package in the coming months!
