Unlike other companies, the internship is such that you can actually do a job, learn while doing and see what is done to meet deadlines. They give you a mentor who takes care of you directly and in addition you have a project manager. You work remotely by reporting on the work you do every week and every month and for your colleagues at certain periods.
Cons
Having a little more office environment can increase motivation.
