      People/ Culture/ Vibe/ Fun and everyone is really focussed on being as good as they can at what they do. Great community

      Cons

      In an industry that struggles financially to offer better packages/ maternity/ paternity pay/ pensions etc but that's not unique to Six it's an industry wide challenge.
