Pros

Amazing growth opportunities within the company, they will listen to you if you have a great idea that will help increase profit. Very laid back office space, fun. We have our own gym and free supplements. I hands down have the best manager in the entire company.

Cons

The pay can be rough at first, we no longer get the free food. There is no compensation for the money that each department individually generates. Extreme lack of communication between departments. A company that is growing but is still operated in a small company manner. Not too many people to trust when it comes to bringing up an issue. There are sometimes to many hands involved in one process. My department manager is managed by a person who carries to many titles (Operations Manager, HR, Shipping Manager, and thats to name to a few) and struggles to really grasp ANY aspect of the business they are suppose to be involved in. This creates a micromanaged environment which is not needed because we have an extremely strong department manager.

Pros

Young fun culture! . A very dynamic work environment with very smart people. The company is growing very fast which makes every day at the office different and challenging

Cons

Currently SPS is in that awkward stage where our growing pains starting to show. I definitely don't feel as confident about the business as I did at the beginning of 2015. We have also seen a lot of really great, smart people leave the org over the last 6 months and that can be disconcerting for the team. Business communication and direction is not always clear which creates another level of uncertainty. There are currently tenured employees who juggle multiple roles however struggle with meeting or exceeding one task. It is now time to reassess roles and proper job fit to ensure the continued growth of the company. Overall these cons are pretty expected in a startup.
