Pros
Very relaxed work environment. Good group of people. Long lunches. No dress code. big break room equipped with ping-pong table, foosball table, basketball game (like at Chuck-E-Cheese), and free supplements. Aside from all of this there's also an onsite gym. All of this comes with a company that is full of potential and possibilities. There is major room for advancement and career changes for the right person/people. You can start in one department, and after showing some promise or initiative for another aspect, end up in another department. You don't have to stay or be "stuck" in any one dept. or position if you don't want to, but you do have to put in the work to show your worth.
Cons
There are the same cons as with any job that you might have. You're going to have some office politics, favoritism, and drama here and there, but nothing to "write home about". The pay scale may seem a bit low to start depending on the department that you start out in, but the opportunity for raises and promotions are everywhere. Again, you just gotta put in the work. One of the few gripes I have is that there are no showers on site, so if you workout here you better bring some deodorant or body spray, because you're not gonna have a chance to shower after.
