Pros

Free food, free protein and other supplements. If you're good at sales and you like to work out this is a great place to be. They have gym in the office and sometimes you'll get to workout with Mike Chang and he'll personally coach you.

Cons

Straight commission, sometimes hitting quota is difficult. If you don't hit your quote you're required to stay 2 hours later. There's a gym, but no shower so if you do workout everyday during lunch be prepared to smell the rest of the day. There are constant changes since they're still trying to figure things out. Lots of shady stuff goes on. The sales managers have control over who gets what leads and the managers are also salesman so they'll sometimes take good leads and throw the crap ones to the rest of the team making it difficult for everyone to hit their quota and easy for the management. You have to work weekends and work hours are from 10am-7pm. It's from 10am-9pm if you don't hit your quota.

Pros

Young fun culture! . A very dynamic work environment with very smart people. The company is growing very fast which makes every day at the office different and challenging

Cons

Currently SPS is in that awkward stage where our growing pains starting to show. I definitely don't feel as confident about the business as I did at the beginning of 2015. We have also seen a lot of really great, smart people leave the org over the last 6 months and that can be disconcerting for the team. Business communication and direction is not always clear which creates another level of uncertainty. There are currently tenured employees who juggle multiple roles however struggle with meeting or exceeding one task. It is now time to reassess roles and proper job fit to ensure the continued growth of the company. Overall these cons are pretty expected in a startup.
