4yIt is always unfortunate when a new employee on probation is unable to meet the skill requirements for the role, and we have to close the opportunity during the probation period. We work hard to ensure potential Sixers are a good fit for the requirements needing to be met through their role, and our probation period exists for the new employee and the company to both ensure there is a good match on expectations from both sides.
