There is a concerted efforts by upper management to micromanage and control employees. Work from Home benefits have been almost scrapped. You need to log and record down to the hour (for half days) if you want to work from home. If you don't this is classed as misconduct. Being a multinational company under the WSA umbrella they have all but bulldozed siloed ways of working. Geo flexible work arragements have ceased with immidiete effect and no exceptions. Time off, leave, sick leave etc is woeful for a company of this size and international footprint. If this company wants to act like an innovative and employment leader then they need to start acting like it. As you can expect most of these you MUST come to office policies are under the thinly veiled guise of "innovation" and "collaboration" yet working remotely for the 2 year covid period saw the company make record profits and sales. How can the company turn around and make claims like this.
