You have support from your colleagues and management team. There are standard procedures in place and they work most of the time. Structured and organized.
Cons
Timezone could be a bit difficult to manage especially when you are in APAC. Some sessions/meetings/training are based on US time. The good side is, you can just watch the recording unless you need to actively participate in it.
