      Good work life balance No micro management It is expected that you take ownership and your performance is recognised and rewarded

      Cons

      PF opt in for minimum pf or 12% should be employee choice and not mandatory Insurance amount for OPD can be better

      Fast paced, amazing teams, great work life balance, amazing communication.

      Cons

      If you don't know something there's a very tiny window to learn it, but that's everywhere.

      - Supportive culture, giving you the tools to set yourself up for success - Managers are engaged with what they can do to help you - Remote and/or hybrid options for work - Benefits start day 1 - Clear paths to career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      - There is work, a lot of it, and it can be easy to be overwhelmed if you don't speak up. - Some departments seem to be understaffed while others are top heavy - Burnout seems to be a real problem inside some areas of the company
