Working at Siteflow was one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The company's actions towards its Tunisian team were reprehensible and unethical. Without any prior notice, the entire team was summarily fired, leaving us without compensation and without recourse for legal action. This callous disregard for basic human decency speaks volumes about the company's values, or rather, lack thereof.
Throughout my tenure at Siteflow, I witnessed a pervasive culture of disrespect and manipulation. Our voices were ignored, and attempts to seek fair compensation were met with harassment and division tactics. The absence of an HR presence only exacerbated these issues, with promises of rectifying the situation consistently unfulfilled.
Furthermore, the disparity in treatment between the Tunisian office and headquarters was glaringly apparent. While our office faced budget cuts and lack of support, the fridge at headquarters was stocked with beer. It's deeply disappointing to see a company prioritize frivolous perks over the well-being of its employees, especially considering that the solution Siteflow is built upon was developed in Tunisia.
The final straw came when it became evident that the CTO and head of engineering had been scheming to eliminate the Tunisian team altogether. Their failure to execute this plan led to attempts to scapegoat the very team that had been instrumental in the company's success. This level of betrayal and lack of accountability is simply intolerable.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering employment at Siteflow if you value a positive work environment and opportunities for personal growth. The company's disregard for its employees' rights and well-being is evident, making it a toxic and untrustworthy place to work. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for employment opportunities.
