Pros
You can work remote here
Cons
I joined the company excited to contribute and grow, but unfortunately, my experience was cut short after just six weeks—without any prior feedback, performance discussions, or opportunity to improve. I was never given any indication that my performance was an issue, making the termination abrupt and confusing. From the beginning, there were red flags: the salary offered was $10,000 below the posted starting range, no monitor or basic equipment was provided for remote work, and in-person training that was promised never materialized. Despite these challenges, I created detailed job aids for both myself and a new teammate to ensure we had the resources to succeed in our roles. I genuinely believed I was making progress and contributing meaningfully, which makes the lack of communication and sudden decision even more disheartening. Constructive feedback and transparency go a long way in setting employees up for success—unfortunately, that was missing here.
