Commission structure is flawed.. offer free traisl with delay the comititon by 2-3 months depending Market is saturated with similar products... Tough sell and tough to get the customer to actually pay for the solution/service Competition amongst sales department with Channel Management (Product) and Little Hotelier (Product) divisions creates an atmosphere of resentment.
