      Pros

      A lot of autonomy, lots of different projects to work on, flexible hours, lots of support from senior devs, PMs, and managers.

      Cons

      Pay is below market rate, agency work might not be for everyone, can be very “sink or swim” depending on how busy they are and your experience in the technology used.

      -Low turnover -Amazing work culture -Great team communication (you are heard here and will receive help and encouragement) -Work-life balance is encouraged -Company values exercised -Team actively gives back to the community -The opportunity to work with high-value clients -Hardworking and caring work environment

      Nearly everything about working for SC is great. I know it sounds like I'm being overly naive or a suck up, but really it's a terrific place to work.

      They're forcing me to write here even though I can't think of any cons.
