      Pros

      Great flexible work environment that has experienced rapid expansion recently. Due to its size you can see and feel your contributions. Relaxed team allows you to feel motivated while not overly stressed.

      Cons

      Because of the expansion is still addressing new process issues, but management continually experiments to address those issues and is open for feedback from employees and interns alike.
