Pros
The 401k Match was ok, and there were some very nice people working there.
Cons
The ownership micro-managed, if one of the owners didn't like you regardless of skill, you would get laid off, consistently overcharged customers and cut themselves off from profit by only bidding with high end schools, and the top 2% of RI earners. Required all employees to stay for a minimum of 9 hours a day even with no work
