      Pros

      The company culture is great. Management genuinely cares about employees and employees are heard. The company takes extra time with new hires to ensure that they are set up for success. Many opportunities for upward mobility and advancement in the company.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there are some growing pains. However, employees are encouraged to call out issues and find help find solutions.

      Pros

      Very strong, honest, and generous leadership. Leadership listens and acts on feedback. Success is recognized and rewarded with bonuses and promotions. Fully remote with no goals of returning to an office. Lots of freedom to participate in things outside of your specialty. For example I'm able to participate with marketing initiatives or run training workshops. Strong growth with very positive vision of future.

      Cons

      Company is rapidly growing, which comes with its own set of growing pains. Slightly behind on common compensation things such as retirement plans (just getting added in Jan. 2022). Currently 2 main teams (Salsify and Akeneo) which don't have much crossover even though they should.
