Physical fitness routines are not only allowed, but strongly encouraged at work. There's always something just ahead of you. There are frequent short breaks in between shifts, with almost no burden at all.

The job is a bit of an uphill struggle, and very burdensome. The grind is repetitive and feels endless, almost like a punishment. Huntsville itself seems like Tartarus.
