Pros

Everything! Great culture, great support, great team, great CEO and management, great product, pays well, great compensation structure, great offices, great support when WFH.

Cons

No real cons - Melbourne team is smaller than global team so can feel disconnected at times but this will change as we grow.

I encourage you to reach out to your manager and experience teams so that we can help make sure all our offices feel connected. Some tips: 1. Join the "Donut" channel in slack so that you can meet someone new every 2 weeks. 2. Join our wellsense events (i.e., Chair Yoga, Meditation, HIIT workouts with Howard) 3. Take part in our ERGs (Black@Sisense, Queers + Allies, LatinX in Tech, Zenith, Wellsense). All employees are welcome!

Pros

The company culture at Sisense is truly collaborative, supportive, and positive. Leadership has prioritized finding great people, and it shows. There is a strong sense of camaraderie across all teams. Everyone hired here is carefully selected and highly skilled. Working alongside such talented professionals is incredibly motivating and constantly pushes me to develop my own skills. The work is meaningful, and the projects are challenging. I feel my contributions are valued and directly contribute to our success. We operate in a highly competitive market, which means we are constantly challenged to innovate and execute at a high level.

My colleagues were genuinely nice people. They were happy to offer help whenever I needed assistance. I appreciated that,

The product is broken, the clients are leaving, and the employees are ridiculously stressed and frustrated. No one wants to see this reality, but I am highlighting it here to help people see through their lies. The leadership needs to act ASAP if they want to save the company and the future of employees. Otherwise, this ship will sink soon. All the good employees have left or are planning to leave quickly. I was one of them as I saw things would never change. As an employee, one feels ridiculously powerless. You don't have any authority, any control over the chaos and the worst work-life balance. Each day you hope things will change, and each day you get terribly disappointed. It's a sad place to be.
