-large organisation -several opportunities at junior to mid management levels -generally relaxed working environment. -Generally job security for mid-junior level employees
Cons
-Unless connected to the main shareholder işbank you will not get very far in your career -Rules and regulations do not apply to everyone equally -pay will never be above average. -they will lock your computer and block your mail when they let you go without prior notice -though it is a corporation with long history culture has eroded in the last years. -several lawsuits has been lost by the company for employee firings and related compensations
