      No two days are the same High growth Incredibly interesting industry Transparent management Great location Culture like no other Dog friendly office Lots of opportunity to travel. Super intelligent colleagues who are very friendly and approachable

      Cons

      Distributed workforce so I can't see everyone as often as I'd like. Can take a little bit of time to understand the full capabilities of the product.

      The level of team work and collaboration at Siren is amazing. We are a truly global team that works well together leveraging each others' strengths. I have been amazed at our capacity to take on difficult challenges and produce results.

      Sometimes the team is stretched thin because of our propensity to say "yes" to a lot of opportunities.
