Terrible management - Annoymus Sirchie Employee Review

I was able to get good experience with different skill sets that are applicable to other industries

Some days were a little slow for me but that’s expected with an internship

Interesting products, some good coworkers.

Management has a bad habit of playing favorites. Throwing people under the bus to make yourself look good is common. Pay scale is imbalanced. I started at sirchie making $20/hr. Other people who have been there for 10+ years are still at $15. Everything is a last minute rush job. These vehicles are sold months before we start them. I cannot understand why we are still waiting for parts when the vehicle is already past due to ship to the customer.
