Pros
The only good thing they had was their Managing Partner and he quit last year.
Cons
- They are not familiar with learning curves - Their onboarding is "just go watch this video". No personal touch. - No consideration for personal life. They expect you to simultaneously: Work on a project with a client, work on a second project that benefits the company, take an online course to enhance knowledge. - Poor project time forecasting which results in constant all-nighters - Expects you to get up to speed with everybody else as soon as you join - They DEFINITELY don't pay you even close enough for what they ask of you
