Pros
Great people and challenging assignments with very supportive bosses and experts. Good exposure to highly reputed businesses in Mexico and Latin America and their top executives. Work-hard-play-hard type of culture.
Cons
Knowledge management is very limited so knowledge usually resides within the expert or consultant with relevant experience, making it very dependent on maintaining the staff happy. High turnover because of constant travel. Partners are not equal in partnership, meaning there is some discontent apparently at the top.
