The colleagues are very friendly, and every second Saturday is a holiday. We can wear our preferred attire every Saturday.
Cons
The worst part is that the salary date is on the 15th of every month, and it is performance-based. The HR department is ineffective; they don’t follow basic HR principles or even know the fundamental rules. Company policies change daily based on the management’s mood. They are focused only on money, not client satisfaction, and everything they do is for content. Join at your own risk.
