The CRO who the assumed leader of the US office is completely unfit for the c-suite. There’s no clear understanding of goals, strategy, or how to succeed. The CRO Scott Lee is incompetent and has no idea how to lead a team, fired more than half his team and while laying out completely unreasonable goals with no path to success. Refused to pay commissions and contracted bonuses.
