Pros

No pros s there, Indian employees don't have any benefits even they don't get regular salary, CEO holds salary of many months and making false promises to give next month, that's how he holds employees many months salary .CEO is not paying any salary and he did same with UK employees , right now this company is facing 2 employment tribunal cases in uk. Indian employee can't go UK employment tribunal for salary issues that's how CEO is cheating Indian employees, he used them without paying anything .My suggestion is if you are working from India then don't join this company at any cost, or still you want to join then go to high court lawyer to include international laws clause in your offer lettter. If you want to join this company then ready for court cases.

Cons

CEO is begger, he don't have money and work, he is very lazy do not have good relationship even his previous clients, in last 10 years he is getting only poc's for mostly 3 months time, and he is fully dependent on uk government's garnt. He is not transparent with his employees and do not have any effect even what ever happen with you... if you request for medical purpose then also he will not give you your hard work money... and the worst thing is he is not releasing any employee and not providing your releving letter....he forces employees to work without salary and not release them to work other place . Many employees just close the laptop and they went. He is demon. He is exploting Indian employees. This guy have only one place to live and that is jail. He has not fully paid to interns also.

Pros

The team are really good people and working times are flexible

Cons

The CEO is the line manager for everyone and he is absent from most planning/idea generation then will shout at everyone for not just simply making him money. He pays 1.5 months in arrears and usually makes up an excuse each month about pay being further delayed. This means that he holds at least 2 months of your pay and if you are thinking about leaving he will not pay you that nor your notice period with the excuse that there is not enough money to go around (as if that was somehow a valid excuse).
