Pretty good culture and environment

Not to many, base salary can look lower than some competitors without factoring in various benefits

Large company with plenty of work. Never wanted for tools on the job site.

After 6 months and being their only laborer to actually work and show up everyday, they refused to write a letter of recommendation for me for the union stating "They don't do that."
