Pros
Great place to learn how to move between business models and strategies. Very smart technical team that always rises to a challenge and makes things work.
Cons
Focus is not a strong point. If they stayed on task for one business model and executed, holding everybody accountable, there would be more success. Changing business models hides any issues over execution and follow-through
