I've been working here for a little over a year, and it's been a good experience overall. The company has a strong focus on supporting both customers and employees. You get a lot of exposure to different technologies, which helps you learn quickly. The leadership team is approachable, and they encourage growth, which is great for anyone starting out or looking to advance.

Of course, it's not perfect—like most IT companies, things can get hectic sometimes, especially when there's a big project or a customer issue. The workload can be a bit much at times, but the team is supportive, and I've learned a lot from those situations.

SingleWave Technologies is a pretty cool place to work. The tech stack we get to use is top-notch for an IT provider, and there's always something new to learn. The team is great—lots of smart, friendly people who are always willing to help out. Managers positively encourage your growth and are proactive about fixing root causes in client environments that lead to fewer breaks/fixes. The benefits are solid, and there's room to move up if you're eager to put in the effort. The office environment is laid-back but still focused, which makes it a comfortable place to get things done. Stand-ups help keep the team in sync.

I wouldn't change too much. We could have some better documentation.
