There was one helpful emplyee who helped new hires understand how thibgs work and simplified things for the newly hired people

No one wants to work in a company where you have no say or opinion. The arrogant and terrible management wants you not to have a say in things. You just need to be a 'yes man' and agree to everything the top management says. The workload can be exhausting, the work environment can be chaotic, and you might have the worst-life balance. Even then, you cannot say a word. It was awful. Please avoid this company if you want you opinion to matter,
