Pros

I enjoy working here because the people are friendly, down-to-earth, and collaborative. This is especially important on the sales team, which competes against Oracle without being jerks. Beyond sheer performance of the engine, I think this is one of the reasons why the company continually gains F1000 customers, usually at the expense of one of the incumbents. And yes, the deal sizes are incredible, but without all the big-company-BS. Zac is awesome. The fact that the company already has President's Club shows it values its sales people as much as its engineers, who are also nominated to attend for going above-and-beyond to help our customers. That is incredible.

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons if you care about your work and customers.

I had the opportunity to work with talented people across sales, engineering, and leadership who were always willing to help. The company offers strong learning opportunities, especially for those interested in technology and

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
