Pros

Occasional free company lunch, free parking, free water, free tissues, any office supplies needed were provided at no cost to the employee.

Cons

This is an honest review from someone who left the company just a few months ago. I have read the ‘negative’ reviews, and the ‘positive’ reviews. I have to admit, the ones some read as ‘negative’ are actually spot on. Remember this is an AGENCY, not a large COMPANY so don’t expect to have a long-term career here. This is a great FIRST job if you are just a recent college graduate looking to get your feet wet, learn a lot about internet marketing, and move on with your life. That was my plan, and it worked. I worked there almost two years, gained a ton of knowledge, was promoted, and decided to move on when a better opportunity for a long-term career presented itself. With that, I experienced what I already expected the unprofessionalism of the managers within the company. The second I put in my two-weeks, I was instantly ignored and treated poorly. Anyone who spoke to me in the office was also given the same treatment. I stayed almost 2 full weeks but was still treated as if I had some sort of illness. Before that, I had witnessed over a dozen people come in & out of the company, most of them fired for insanely silly reasons. They re-structured hoping to help the situation, but within just a few months the same rollercoaster began again. The company is operating underneath a 20-something year old who is extremely catty, and spent most of her day with a few other managers gossiping about others in the office. To say the work environment was uncomfortable would be an understatement. The employee turn-over is astronomical, as is the client turn-over. Clients leave because their accounts are shuffled around so often with firings/people leaving. Employees are trained on how to make bad stats sound GOOD, instead of being honest. It’s a terrible feeling to have to lie to clients for the fear of losing your job. We weren’t encouraged to speak in the office, and when people started to finally communicate we were given a PowerPoint presentation about how we were all “squirrels” for talking. It’s a shame that this company still hasn’t pinpointed the issue and tried to fix it. I was hoping I would get an exit interview before leaving so I could share my HONEST thoughts and hopefully help them improve their company for the future, but they don’t do that.

Pros

-It’s a close-knit team with a strong sense of community, making it very easy to build relationships across the entire company. -You get to work alongside highly intelligent and talented people who are genuinely invested in helping others learn and grow. -The company is highly innovative, constantly focused on building its own tools and staying well ahead of traditional agency models rather than just reacting to trends. -If you show initiative, management quickly trusts you with new responsibilities. There is a real opportunity to advance based on performance and merit rather than just tenure. -Management sincerely respects work-life balance. Most of the team sticks to standard 9-to-5 hours, and they are incredibly understanding and accommodating when personal situations or illnesses arise. -Work-from-home Fridays are a fantastic perk that offers great flexibility for an otherwise in-office position.

Cons

-Being in-office four days a week can feel restrictive if you are looking for a flexible work environment. -The environment is very fast-paced and can feel overwhelming, as employees are often expected to wear multiple hats and handle responsibilities outside their core role. -Internal processes and standard operating procedures aren't always fully documented. While this allows for a lot of autonomy and flexibility in how you work, it can also lead to uncertainty around expectations and best practices. -Accountability and the enforcement of company policies can feel inconsistent at times, leaving the impression that different people are being held to different standards.

Pros

If you want to grow as a marketer, this is the place to do it. It's busy and sometimes chaotic, but that's a good thing. We move fast and innovate constantly, so if you're good at what you do, you'll never worry about job security. The people here are genuinely talented, some of the best marketing minds I've come across. Leadership is intense but fair, with a clear vision for the future, especially in AI. Very on top of AI changes, threats, and challenges in our industry, and I believe we are significantly ahead of the curve.

Cons

No deal breakers, nothing that you won't find everywhere else. Management may be a little slow to address things.
