Cutting-edge product with aggressive marketing and training programs. They are increasing market share every year. Great perks. Phone, computer and expense account provided.
Cons
Small company for its age, which may lead to internal political struggles down the road-- pretty typical for a small company. Salary is probably below the industry average. Some micro-management and paranoia that probably stems from some previous poor hiring decisions.
