      Working Teams are efficient . Provide great platform to initiate your own policy.

      Cons

      Chinese work culture . Management do no differentiate between Indian and chinese work culture Like leave policy , appraisal policy , low bonus (only statutory bonus)etc . Very slow in making decision regarding production and other business matter.
