only 2 paid sick days per 6 months and each day you miss they deduct 1500฿ (45$) from your salary. Delayed Visa/ Work permit processing. You pay for all of the Visa fees and they reimburse you with a “bonus” only at the end of your 10 month contract. Every Tuesday I had to teach 7 classes which is too much.
