      Flexible schedules and creativity in working with clients is encouraged.

      Cons

      Not many. Good ol' boys club. Lots of promises made and no follow through. A lot of favoritism and attitudes to deal with. Very gossipy environment. Watch your back t every step - very cut throat.

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
