Pros

Worked with a great team of peers. Learned interesting things about the broadcasting industry including more about video. I think the location in Seattle and the workspace has some cool aspects. The managers did a great job of hiring people, overall. I loved my job during the first 4 months, before the drastic strategy changes that harmed the team morale. If you fit the typical profile for this team and accept working lots of overtime, this could be a good opportunity for you. Ability to remain calm under all circumstances could help you get a start if you don't have experience. Overall, I worked with a great group of people who I enjoyed.

Cons

The worst leadership policies and attitudes I've ever seen from a company. It seems like the policies are set up by someone who dislikes & distrusts their employees from first applying through the last day. Job performance is measured by who is in chairs. Saw and experienced bias beyond what I knew existed in 2015. The workspace lacks any quiet space or privacy, which is a problem during hectic times when people may be working overtime. Our team encountered so much deadline pressure that the physical and mental health of team members was negatively impacted. Shocking lack of concern for employees by a few managers.

Pros

Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

Cons

Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

Pros

Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

Cons

Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
