      Some attempts to offer a flexible work environment, with options to work from home on days you have appointments.

      Cons

      Management is not invested in helping their employees grow. This is a boys club, where the highest-paid employees will continue to promote whomever they happen to be buddies with. Don't expect your hard work to be rewarded.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Cons

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
