Staff made all the difference - Promotions Producer Sinclair Broadcast Group Employee Review

I've heard a lot of employees complain at other SBG locations that management was out to lunch and only interested in the bottom line - budgets. Not Flint. Through whatever workings of cosmic bliss, every department manager/director I've worked with has been exceptiona and I really miss all of them. I was allowed to dream big and deliver without negativity from the higher-ups. Sad to have left, but needed a larger market to make more money. They also really offered a lot of benefits well beyond other companies.
