Pros
Pay is decent.. but not decent enough to put up with everyone else that works there. Management is sub par at best.

I cannot adequately put into words how awful this place, and these people are!! The Norfolk office has been left to its own defenses for entirely too long! MyTvz has turned into the most hostile work environment I have ever had the displeasure of working in! Positions will never be filled for much longer than 90 days if these people do not learn how to treat one another like actual people!! The work itself is not bad as long as you don't mind being a "subordinate p*e on" for management, (which is everyone but you!) than you should be just fine! Trust no one!! Seriously!! No one!!!!
