      The company has a fantastic culture of openness, support and respect. Having worked in over 5 companies I have to say this is a very big difference and unique culture that I have not seen in other places. The market presents a very big opportunity for sure, and Sinch is positioned to do well in its segment

      Cons

      Recent growth and rapid level of acquisitions has definitely created friction internally, and management needs to deal with this quickly, otherwise it can derail the good work being done
