Pros

Learn a lot about printing and graphic design

Extremely busy schedule trying too handle way too many calls and cases. Required to learn a lot of very technical stuff which goes way beyond what would be expected for a minimum pay customer service job. Very long hours with 9 hrs schedule

Pros

Management has aggressive strategic growth plans that have and continue to result in increased sales and market share and long term employment Management is actively investing in new technologies, new depts, new products, its people and not afraid to try new things and cut losses when things are not working out Management team is open to and encourages employee feedback and implements suggestions for improvement There is room for growth; those that demonstrate diligence, dependability, perserverence/dedication, alignment to the company values and drive are rewarded with greater responsibilities/upward mobility (this place is definitely NOT a place for the lazy or the entitled) The company as a whole strives for continous improvement Benefits are reasonable Fun/Perks: Luncheons, Coffee/Donut/Pizza/Candy treats, Company BBQs, Christmas Parties, Free tshirts

Cons

Days can feel long at times Sometimes communication between depts can be lacking

Pros

- Friendly employees - Decent location if you drive - You have the opportunity to learn a lot and own multiple projects

Cons

- Not enough direction from leadership. There is no clear strategy in place and expectations are often unrealistic. - Below average pay, no sick days and minimal vacation days. - The building needs work. Primarily the lunch room, washrooms and parking lot. Furthermore, there are no windows on the second floor so most office staff have no natural light.

I want to thank you for your feedback on your time here at Sina. As a growing company which focus is to be adaptive to our environment, direction or projects may change or adapt to ensure Sina and our teams continue to be a success. While this definitely keeps working here at Sina interesting and fulfilling, it may not be suited for all personalities. With that said, we have and continue to invest in optimal management techniques for our team which empowers individuals to succeed. Our leave policies have been recently improved and we are proud to offer fully paid employer benefits inclusive of Extended Health Care, Life, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability and Critical Illness. Yes there are some areas of our facility which lacks windows but we continue to invest in improving our facility in all areas.
